I was walking around about 7pm when my knee replacement suddenly locked up & I fell to the ground. Thankfully Ray was going to his truck & saw me. He immediately came over to offer help. I gave him my apartment keys & asked him to get my cane. When he came back, I quickly discovered I could not put weight on that leg so he assisted me back to my apartment made sure I was back in my chair & gave me an ice pack from my freezer. I cannot express how thankful I am to Ray because I did not have my phone on me….. Just goes to show not all heroes wear capes some of them carry screwdrivers! Thank you, Ray!

This past Friday I was walking around the complex when my replaced knee locked up & I fell to the ground. Thankfully Ray was going to his truck & saw me & offered immediate assistance. I gave him the keys to my apartment and asked him to get my cane. When he returned, I realized I could not put pressure on my leg so he helped me home, got me into my chair & got me an ice pack from my freezer. If he hadn’t seen me, I have no idea how long I would’ve been stuck there because I did not have my phone on me. Ray truly is a wonderful maintenance guy and a very compassionate man! I can’t say enough kind things about him. Thank you Ray for being my hero!!!

I love living here at candlelight! Its close to my work and also so close to alot of restaurants and stores! And the staff Is just amazing, if you are looking for somewhere to feel at home you should be here !!!

Let me start by expressing our gratitude for Leanna, she has truly turned this property around. The former maintenance supervisor was horrible, and treated almost everyone with contempt and refused to follow through with much needed repairs. In spite of Leanna's constant battles with him, she has elevated the property to the highest standards and works tirelessly to maintain Candlelight Square as a very pleasant, safe and secure environment in which to live. Leanna treats every tenant as though each one of us were the only one. She listens with genuine concern and responds appropriately. When we asked to move to a larger apartment she immediately approved us for a move in mid November. Thank you Leanna.

Let me start by expressing my gratitude to our property manager Ms. Leanna Smith. Ms. Smith walked into a horribly managed and maintained property. She utilized her professionalism and determination to turn Candlelight Square apartment homes into an inviting, safe and pleasant place to enjoy and live with peace and security. Ms. Smith managed, in spite of a maintenance personnel who was disrespectful, lazy, rude and at times combative with most if not all residents. Even with her unbelievable struggles she tends to each tenant as if they were the only one. When we contacted Ms. Smith about transferring to a slightly larger apartments with w/d she responded immediately offering us a 3rd floor apartment to which we eagerly agreed. We paid our $250.00 transfer fee and are awaiting possession and move in date. We have raved about Candlelight Square to many people and we have encouraged multiple families to make arrangements to meet with Ms. Smith and the leasing staff prior to their current leases expire to guarantee availability. We have experienced Madeline Carlisle, the previous property manager and assistant property manager Judith. All three of those individuals complained perfusley to me and other tenants about issues with the property, staff and upper management creating a very unpleasant and almost hostile living environment. It was such an unprofessional group of people that even the thought of dropping off our rent payments was a severely trying, never knowing who or what conversation we would be brought into. It is with immense pleasure for me to recommend Candlelight Square and it's generalmanager Ms. Smith

Leanna (mgr) & her trusty sidekick, Devan, are WONDERFUL! When they say “We got you” they mean it! They are both so easy to speak with & both have such positive energy! Grounds are kept clean & my unit was spotless when I moved in! Evenings are peaceful & quiet. Ladies, thank you so much for making my apt feel like home, you are the best team ever!!!

I am waiting anxiously to move in because this looks like a good place & Karissa, who answers the phone, has been very nice as well as patient with all my questions, explaining things to me like affordable housing, and many other questions Ive asked previously.
